My friend Zaid lead me to a website today that I thought was absolutely amazing. Artist Ruh al-‘Alam merges Islam with modern digital design in a way I have never experienced and is truly wondrous and appealing. The site contains everything from an amazing flash catalogue featuring a great collection of his work, to photography, to posters and t-shirts (one of which reads “Dunya* for a limited period only”). And of course, a blog.
Simply put, it’s a new way to remember God in the digital age.
Talk about using a great talent for a greater cause, eh?
